A foundation in biotechnology
I am A B M Rezwanul Kabir, a PhD student in Translational Biosciences at the University of Missouri–Columbia, with research interests in host–pathogen interactions, bacteriophage therapy, antibiotic resistance, and microbial systems.
I received my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Biotechnology from BRAC University, Bangladesh. During my undergraduate studies, I received the Vice Chancellor’s Gold Medal and achieved a CGPA of 3.97 out of 4.00.
My undergraduate research investigated the potential of Escherichia coli isolated from raw beef samples as a reservoir of antibiotic resistance. My master’s research explored the influence of inducing molecules on bacteriophage propagation at low host-cell densities.
My academic contributions have included research presentations at scientific meetings, including the American Society for Microbiology and the American Physician Scientists Association. This biography is an editable draft for researcher approval.
